I wanted to thank Frank of Evergreen home inspection .I am purchasing my father a condo after having a new baby boy it's important to have him close by so that he can grow with my son as I did with my grandparents the sq ft was only 833 sq ft and within that little area Frank took 2 hours to literally go through all points of the condo, outlets, ducts, furnace, heat, all appliances checked for leaks gapes bubbles in pipes, even checked the ground and the basement which was a common area, the man even took the time to seek out the air conditioner which was outside of the condo.
